Is it possible that a highly esteemed neuro-ophthalmologist employed by the Georgetown University Medical Center could be threatened by lawyers employed by same with immediate dismissal if he or she were to provide a Certificate of Merit to a pro se claimant against Kaiser Permanente after examining said claimant and the Kaiser medical record in said Medical Center and declaring that medical omission had occurred?
